What the heck is a Krav Maga?


Ever heard of Krav Maga? Well, if you haven't already… where have you been?!

Krav Maga is not only for Hollywood A-listers like Ashton Kutcher and Jennifer Lopez (she trained for her movie Enough). This self-defense system is for anyone who is tired of being afraid.

Compared to other disciplines, Krav Maga is mainly focused on REALISTIC FIGHT TRAINING. It is known for its efficiency in developing one's fighting skills.

The discipline will instill situational / safety awareness and this is quite important if you want to prepare even for the impossible.

The techniques involved in this self-defense system are designed to build on the body's natural instincts which is why the moves are easy to remember. Practical and logical, I must say.

Defending yourself against an assailant is not just about your techniques, a big part of it is how you function when you are terrified and when your emotions are running high.

The key is being ready and alert all the time. Apart from developing awareness, learning Krav Maga will make you more confident. Remember, bad guys always target those who look weak.
