Sprawl and Brawl For Self-Defense

Teaching our young people to avoid being tackled!

MMA/Self-Defense Moves to Keep You on your Feet.

This video is geared more towards MMA fighters training, but if you have any concerns that your loved one is getting bullied, especially a young male, this is a skill that can be practiced at home. Bullys will a lot of times try and tackle their victim. This drill, while having a cool name that your youngster will like, teaches them how to avoid being tackled from the front.

If you practice with them, make sure that they are moving quickly to the side of their attacker. They do not want to stay directly in front of them if immediatly leaving the area is not a possibility. If it is, they should beat feet out of there quickly!

Teaching our loved ones to be safe even if we can not be with them is potentially life saving! Learn how with the Functional Safety Awareness program developed by Safe Kidz Now. Functional Safety Awareness
